Arribes. Our project was born with a firm commitment: the recovery of old vineyards and the sustainable cultivation of unique native varieties, such as Juan García and Rufete. We have been production of Spanish wines that are the result of an honest dialogue with the Terruño. In each bottle, the minerality of granite and slate becomes a liquid experience full of personality, freshness and character. At The Hato and the Garabato, we merge the wisdom of ancient viticulture with a modern and sustainable vision, creating an indispensable space for wine lovers who seek authenticity, history and purified expression of the landscape of the Arribes of Duero.
