At its top lies the Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora de la Peña of France (15th century), ruled by the Dominican Fathers and a historic host.
From its natural balconies and its 360 degree panoramic viewpoint, spectacular views of Campo Charro, Hurdes and the Sierra de Béjar and Gata have been seen. It's a place of pilgrimage, devotion, landscape photography and nonequal astronomical observation. < / p > < / Section >
