The Natural Park is an unparalleled geological show, where the river has worked with patience with millennia to dig seattering cannons that reach vertical walls up to 100 metres high. The landscape, with an ocre vivid color that contrasts with emerald water green, offers one of the most overwhelming panoramic views of Castile.
The mystical heart of the park is the Hermitage of San Frutos. Located at the edge of a cliff at one of the most closed moors, this natural balcony does not only have heart attack views but also keeps the legend of & quot; La Cuchillada & quot;, a crack that, according to tradition, the saint opened up at the rock to protect the faithful. It's the perfect place to feel the immensity of silence, broken only by the noise of the wind.
For fauna lovers, this is a holy sanctuary. The park houses one of the largest colonies of legendary vultures in Europe. Observe the majestic flight of these birds, with their motif more than two metres while patrolling the canyon often under your line of vision, is an experience that redefines Ornithological tourism.

• Water adventure: One of the most magical experiences is to walk the canyon from Sebulcor. From the river level, the walls of stone appear to touch the sky, enabling you to discover inaccessible corners on foot, as the ruins of Our Lady of the Hoz's Monastery.
