It's the cradle of the Valencia paella and a vital haven for thousands of migratory water birds. Located just a few km south of the town centre, its seawatting dusks ("Albuferenc") form the perfect natural counterpoint after passing through the avant-garde buildings of the City of Arts and Sciences. It complete the tourist experience with the Gothic history of the Cathedral of Valencia and the fauna of Bioparc Valencia. < / p > < / Section >
